You’ll work directly with Natalie on all branding projects, and we collaborate with website specialists to bring our vision to life. We keep things streamlined, allowing us to be faster and more affordable than a large agency.

I’m Natalie, owner and creative director at Rose & Shine Creative.

My middle name is Rose, and as a sunshine-loving optimist with a passion for helping others find their joy, Rose & Shine was born (bonus points if you love a good play on words!).

Inspired by my Minnesota roots, road trips, and travels, my design style blends creativity, curiosity, and heart. I’ve been making art since I was a kid and have always had an entrepreneurial streak.

After years in marketing, design, and client roles at tech startups and advertising agencies, I left the corporate world to build the creative business of my dreams.

When I’m not designing, I’m in the pottery studio, hiking, snowboarding, or relaxing on a pontoon with my husband, Tom, and our yellow Lab, Lottie.
